업무내용[ Role Description ]
We are looking for a Solutions Architect (SA) who can partner with the Business Development 

and Product teams to be the technical advisor for Company's customers. 

will help the e-commerce platform owners to successfully build an in-house advertisement business for clients 

using the Retail Media Platform (“RMP”), a machine learning-powered AdTech solution.

As the Solutions Architect within a fast-growing startup team, you will be the champion of the technology go-to-market (GTM) strategy. 

Along with other colleagues who lead the business GTM plan, you will help the e-commerce platform owners successfully adopt the RMP 

to provide the easy-to-use advertising experiences to their sellers and to give personalized shopping experiences to the shoppers. 

You’ll partner with the business development, product, engineering, marketing, and other stakeholders across Company 

to share your vision of the customer adoption and to execute the strategy via various methods like the reference architecture development, 

public speaking, hands-on lab development, blog writing and so forth.

You’ll work collaboratively with the field teams and the RMP product specialists to support solution opportunities. 

As a technical liaison between the customers and Company, you will also translate customer business requirements into the technical solutions 

that cover Company's overall sales and service techniques as well as the company's overall product strategy and architecture.

[ Job Responsibilities ]
As the SA of Our RMP, you will:
• Be the champion of the RMP technology go-to-market (GTM) strategy, along with the colleagues who lead the business GTM plan 

to help the e-commerce platform customers successfully adopt the RMP to provide an easy-to-use advertising experience to sellers (advertisers) 

and to give personalized shopping experiences to shoppers.
• You will be a key technical contributor to meeting the field team’s business goals.
• Be the technical advisor and contributor to the new solution and product development processes.
• Meet with prospective and current customers, validate their solution requirements, and help them build the technical solutions using the Our RMP.
• Support the field team by educating them about the technology innovations of the RMP products and solutions, 

so that you can be the force-multiplier for them.
• Speak at public and private events to represent the RMP solutions story in retail media.
• Influence the  Our RMP product & engineering team’s development roadmap based on the customers’ needs and your learnings. 

필요요건

• 5+ years of professional experience within cloud, software, or machine learning domain areas like software development engineering, 

systems engineering, machine learning, cloud infrastructure architecture, networking, security, data and analytics.
• 3+ years in technical field roles 

 – like Solutions Architect, or Professional Services Consultant

 – in the retail or the AdTech industry.
• 1+ years of hands-on implementation, architecture design, or consulting experience in the application or the cloud infrastructure.
• Track record of the ability to dive deep into the customers’ technical troubleshooting.
• Experience of architecting complex personalization or advertisement solutions across the e-commerce platform.
• Demonstrated experience to autonomously identify goals and effectively deliver the goals along with the cross-functional internal and external stakeholders.
