[Job Description] 1) Technical Support to sales forces - Technical support andservice for specialty sweetener to sales teams to achieve business goal. - Provide technicalinformation and support for the commercialization of global and regionalprojects in Korea - Initiate and facilitateNPD process 2) New Product Development - New sweetenerdevelopment by utilizing new, related or the combination of existing technology - Research newtechnology relevant to specialty sweeteners and functional ingredients drivenmainly from carbohydrate sources or other natural resources - Improvement ofmanufacturing process for cost saving and productivity enhancement of specialtysweeteners 3) Customer Support/ External Relationship or networking - Provide technical support and service to customers - Development and maintain relationship with key customers to understandtheir needs on specialty sweeteners and ingredients - Develop opportunities of collaboration with external institutes, universityresearch laboratories and customer R&D centers for new product development - Collaborate with QC and production team for the commercialization of newspecialty sweeteners [Job Requirements] 1) 8~10 years of experience in sweetener development, production, QC orenzyme application 2) Bachelor’s or master’s degree in food science/engineering,carbohydrate science/engineering, or relevant areas 3) Good verbal and written English skills 4) Proficient documentation skills using MSoffice and familiarity with IT applications widely used in offices 5) Good inter-personal communication and presentation skills 6) Project and time management skills
