[업무내용]Position Summary
000 is seeking a talented new team member to join HR & Operations. In this position, an employee performs a wide variety of duties related to payroll, compensation, four social insurances, severance pay, and other HR tasks.

Responsibilities
• Operate tasks related to payroll, compensation, and severance pay for staff and faculty
• Handle tasks related to overtime pay, time off in lieu, etc.
• Handle tasks related to 4 social insurances, tax settlement, and income tax
• Support welfare programs and policies
• Support other tasks related to staff HR
[필요요건]Requirements
Must
• Bachelor’s degree
• Relevant work experience and/or educational background
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting, finance and/or payroll
• Strong ethics and reliability
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail

[우대사항]Plus• Fluent communication and documentation skills in both English and Korean
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Understanding labor laws
• Ability to work independently and also as part of a team
