본문포지션 : Power IC Analog 설계 엔지니어 자격요건 ㆍ학력 : 대졸 이상 (4년) ㆍ경력 : 8~13년 담당업무 ▶DrMOS 및 SPS 사업 다양화 -DrMOS, SPS, DC-DC/AC-DC converter, Motor Driver IC or Gate Driver IC for power devices like MOSFET, BJT, IGBT and GaN Gate driver 설계 세부 업무 내용 및 자격 요건 ▶Transistor level의 analog design fundamentals, design tools and methodologies 업무 이해도 높은 분 ▶반도체 디바이스 physics, ESD, latch-up and reliability design rules 업무 이해도 높은 분 ▶process technology 선택, die size estimation, schedule management, IC design, floor-plan, layout supervision and verification, tape-out procedure and fab monitoring, ATE correlation, hands-on lab evaluation, RTM, yield improvement, and failure analysis support 등 맞춤형 프로젝트 수행 준비한 경험 있으신 분 우대사항 ▶10년 정도의 analog/mixed IC 설계 업무 경력자 ▶간결하고 핵심의 문서 작성 및 발표 능력 보유자 근무조건 ㆍ근무형태 : 정규직(수습기간 있음) ㆍ근무일시 : 주 5일(월~금) ㆍ근무지역 : (13486) 경기 성남시 분당구 판교로 253 판교 이노밸리(삼평동) 전형절차 : 서류전형 - 1차면접 - 2차면접 복지제도
